How do I order a custom name bow?
Visit our Customised Name Bows collection, choose your favourite bow style and colour, enter the name you want personalised in the custom name box on the product page, and add it to your cart. Once you complete checkout, our artisans handcraft your bow with custom lettering. For special requests, you can also reach us on WhatsApp at +91 80763 23737.
How long does delivery take?
Because every piece is handcrafted to order in our Haridwar studio, orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Standard delivery across India takes 5–6 business days from dispatch.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer Flat ₹90 delivery across India (Free on orders above ₹1,499). Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your cart total is ₹1,499 or more.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Since our hair accessories and custom name bows are handmade and personalised specifically for each order, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). We accept all major prepaid payment methods securely via Razorpay, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
What is your return policy?
Returns only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video, or if the parcel is refused unopened at delivery. Personalised items are final sale otherwise. Read Policy
Do you take bulk orders for return gifts?
Yes! We gladly take bulk orders for birthday return gifts, baby showers, school functions, and festive hampers. Please message us on WhatsApp (+91 80763 23737) or email info@bloomandblossom.in with your required quantity, designs, and event date so we can share bulk pricing and timelines.
How do I care for my bows and scrunchies?
Spot clean hair bows, embroidered clips, and headbands gently with a soft damp cloth—do not machine wash, soak, or wring items with acrylic nameplates, pearls, or crystals. Silk and satin scrunchies can be hand-washed gently in cold water with mild detergent and air-dried flat in the shade. Store bows flat or clipped neatly to preserve their shape.
